The Area

The area is serviced by three airports - Gerona and Barcelona in the north - and Reus to the south. The choice is yours, dependent upon the airline and airport you choose to fly from.

Should you wish to meander across Europe to Spain via road, there are many beautiful towns and villages you can stay at enroute. The Web sites of AA and Michelin will provide explicit information - unless of course you belong to the Caravan Club UK - say no more!! 

For those with children, fun and excitement exists to the south at Port Aventura theme park - or the traditional seaside town of Salou with its beautiful beaches and promenade.

It is a must to visit the city that never sleeps -  BARCELONA - with its famous Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia, history, culture, museums, restaurants, street theatre, famous football ground and wonderful port.

You could even attach a cruise from Barcelona Port to your stay  - the choices are endless!!

Bathing in year round good weather, it is the ideal base for a holiday, away from the toll of everyday living, no matter where you live in the world.
