Booking Terms and Conditions

• The party leader submitting the booking form declares him/herself responsible for all the party and must be at least 21 years old.
• Only those persons listed on the booking form are entitled to occupy the accommodation.
• No contract exists between our clients and Catalonian Lifestyle until the booking form and deposit has been received and confirmed in writing by the said company.
• Money due is payable no later than 2 months prior to commencement of the holiday. Bookings within the 2 month period must be paid in full.
• Notice of cancellation of the holiday must be sent by recorded delivery, to be received at least 2 months prior to the holiday date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
• It is the responsibility of the party to take out a personal insurance including cancellation cover.
• The client accepts responsibility for any accident or injury to any member of the party for any default by the site owners.
• The client agrees to abide by the rules of the campsite. If any member of the party becomes a nuisance, they could be asked to leave and their holiday will be terminated.
• The client undertakes to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, replace any broken items and report any damage which occurs.
• The client is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement via a damage waiver, refundable on departure.
